When you first get there, and have read a few of the negative reviews, you might think, 'oh no what have i booked', but once you go up the stairs and into your room you see that there is a professional hotel here. room was super comfy, and clean. breakfast was really good, and even though i came late the attendant left it open for me to enjoy an extra 45 min. I believe the price may fluctuate through out the season, but what i paid, (start of may), was very good value for money.

Perfect location! Right in the midst of all the shops and close to the beach, restaurants, train station. What more could you ask for! The room size was very big compared to everything we’ve been in and the ceilings are so high! Felt amazing to be in a large room. The bed was so big and comfortable.

The location was amazing because the Cannes train station was only a 2 minute walk. The room was also clean and spacious. Lanvolt was very helpful and made the check out process very simple. The hotel felt very safe for me as a solo female traveler. I will come back again next time I’m in Cannes.

Breakfast was amazing. Hot water direct like we love. Location is fantastic. Service was wonderful. Landolt is a very professional and friendly. Can’t admit his manners and attitude.

The location was great, and the breakfast was simple enough to start the day.......My wifi didn't work in room 306, and the person behind the desk gave me help with the hotel's own wifi, and then everything was great....

You can’t beat the location - two minutes from the train station, in the middle of all of the shops, dozens of restaurants and cafés on your doorstep and five minutes to La Croisette. We had a suite and so the room and bathroom were both very big. Lots of mirrors in the bedroom including a full length mirror. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Others have commented the rooms are noisy but we found it very quiet.

Great location, near station and restaurants but the room was very quiet. Didn't have breakfast but it looked good. Quite a small room but fine for a couple of nights.

This is the third time we stayed at the hotel. We like the hotel very much. The location is perfect, the rooms nice and clean and the breakfast fairly good.

Lovely small hotel in the epicenter of Cannes. Nice surprise, as we were looking for a hotel accepting little dogs and came across this one by chance.
